The Pioneer Raised Floor™ is our elevated, full-height walk-in coop with the most enclosed run space of any LynnLee model. By lifting the coop above ground, it creates shaded, weather-protected space underneath—perfect for families who don’t free-range or want plenty of safe, covered run area.
Size, Capacity & Features
- Footprint: 6′ × 11′ overall (not including 5″ skid overhang)
- Height at roof peak: 7.5′
- Ideal flock size: up to ~15 chickens
- Layout: elevated 4′ × 6′ coop/roost with approximately 11′ of enclosed run space beneath and in front of the coop.
- Materials: kiln-dried cedar siding and trim, pressure-treated frame with integrated 4×4 skids, heavy-duty 16GA black PVC-coated welded wire, and a durable black metal roof.
- Features: external nesting box with 3 nesting spaces and a weatherproof composite lid, one full-size steel-framed walk-through door plus a steel-framed clean-out door, Bluetooth Automatic Run-Chicken Door, two solar exterior lights, one acrylic-backed window for added weather protection, removable black rubber mat for insulation and easy cleanup, and long-lasting, heavy-duty hardware.

The Pioneer - Double Walk-In
The Pioneer Double Walk-In™ is our original full-height walk-in coop with an enclosed run. Two full-size doors — one into the coop/roost and one into the run — make it easy to step inside, shut the door behind you, and handle daily flock care at eye level.

The Homestead Pro
The Homestead Pro™ is our full-height, large-flock walk-in coop for working farms, high-production flocks, and families who want one big, efficient interior space. It’s designed as a dedicated roosting and nesting coop for birds that free-range, use pasture, or have access to a larger external run system.

- Footprint: 6′ × 11′ overall (not including 3.5″ skid overhang)
- Height at roof peak: 7.5′
- Ideal flock size: ~50–60 chickens
- Setup: best paired with pasture, free-range access, or a larger external run system so birds have plenty of room to roam outside the coop.
- Layout: full-height walk-in interior that combines roosting and nesting into one extended floorplan, with continuous roosting bars and two exterior nesting boxes (6 total nesting spaces).

The Little Homestead
The Little Homestead™ is a full-height, walk-in cedar coop for flocks that have room to roam. Built on a 4′ × 6′ footprint, it’s designed as a dedicated roosting and nesting space for birds that free-range, use an existing run, or spend their days in a fenced backyard.

- Ideal flock size: ~14–18 chickens
