How rent-to-own works

Three steps, and we handle the paperwork.

You order the coop the same way anyone else does. We send the application, KLC Rentals handles approval, and your coop gets built and delivered on the same 1–2 week schedule.

Once approved we collect your first month and delivery. After delivery, monthly payments go directly to KLC Rentals.

Delivery

Coops arrive fully assembled. Delivery is free within the first 100 miles of Broken Arrow, and anything beyond is calculated automatically at checkout based on mileage. Pickup isn't available on rent-to-own orders.

Who do I make payments to?
Your first month and delivery are paid to LynnLee Coops after approval. Once your coop is delivered, ongoing monthly payments go directly to KLC Rentals LLC.
What is the $8/mo LDW?
The Liability Damage Waiver is required on rent-to-own and is already included in the payments above. It may help protect your coop from qualifying events like fire, storms, or natural disasters while under contract. Coverage details and exclusions are set by KLC Rentals — review the full LDW terms.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes. Rent-to-own contracts can be paid off early at any point, and KLC Rentals will quote your payoff amount on request.
Are you tax exempt friendly?
Yes. Add "Tax exempt – will provide documentation" in the order notes at checkout and our team will follow up with you directly.
