How it works

  1. Choose your model and stain — Rent-to-Own is for stained coops in OK, KS, AR, and MO.
  2. At checkout, select Rent-to-Own under Payment options and place your order. We'll send your application within 24 hours.
  3. Once approved, we collect your first month + delivery. After delivery, monthly payments go directly to KLC Rentals.

Who do I make payments to?
Your first month's payment and delivery go to LynnLee Coops after approval. After delivery, ongoing monthly payments go directly to KLC Rentals LLC.
What is the $8/mo LDW coverage?
LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) is required on Rent-to-Own and is included in the examples above. It may help protect your coop from qualifying events like fire, storms, or natural disasters while under contract. Coverage details and exclusions are set by KLC Rentals — review the full LDW terms here.
