Financing Options

Choose the payment route that fits best. If you want monthly ownership with no credit check, Rent-to-Own is option #3.

1) Pay in Full

Pay at checkout using credit/debit, Shop Pay, or ACH bank transfer. Fastest way to secure your build spot.

2) Checkout Financing (Shop Pay / Pay-over-time)

If eligible, monthly options may appear directly in checkout (Shop Pay / Affirm). Approvals and payments are handled by the provider.

3) Rent-to-Own (KLC Rentals — No Credit Check)

Available for stained LynnLee Coops® in OK, KS, AR, MO. You own your coop after the final payment.

How Rent-to-Own works

  1. Choose your model + stain (stained models qualify in OK/KS/AR/MO).
  2. At checkout under Payment options, select Rent-to-Own and place the order. Our team will send the application directly to you within 24 hours.
  3. After approval, we collect first month + delivery. After delivery, monthly payments are made to KLC Rentals.

Delivery is free within 100 miles of Broken Arrow, OK. Outside that range, delivery is added based on mileage.

Who do I make payments to?

After approval, your first month’s payment + delivery are paid to LynnLee Coops. After delivery, ongoing monthly payments are made directly to KLC Rentals LLC.

What is the $8/mo LDW coverage?

LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) is required on Rent-to-Own and is included in the monthly examples above. It may help protect your coop from qualifying events like fire, storms, or natural disasters while under contract.
