We keep payment simple so you can focus on choosing the coop you love. You’ll see these options when you’re ready to check out:

1) Pay in Full

Purchase your coop outright at checkout using your credit/debit card, Shop Pay, or ACH bank transfer. This is the fastest way to secure your build spot and move straight into our production schedule.

2) Checkout Financing (Shop Pay / Pay-over-time)

On eligible orders, you can see monthly payment options directly in our secure checkout. Just choose the pay-over-time option (Shop Pay / Affirm) to check your offer based on your cart total. All approvals, terms, and payments are handled by the provider you select.

You’ll see messaging like “Payments starting at $___/mo with Shop Pay” on qualifying purchases.

3) Rent-to-Own (KLC Rentals – No Credit Check)

We offer Rent-to-Own on stained LynnLee Coops® models in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri through our trusted partner, KLC Rentals.

• Low upfront cost (typically the first month’s payment plus any applicable delivery fee, collected by LynnLee Coops once your application is approved)
• Terms: 24, 36, 48, or 60 months

• Ownership after final payment

These monthly amounts include the required $8/month LDW coverage. Your final payment schedule will be confirmed after your Rent-to-Own application is approved and your delivery details are set.

How Rent-to-Own works

1. Choose your stained LynnLee Coop® model and stain color.
2. Review the monthly examples on this page so you know about what to expect.
3. Click Order Now and proceed through checkout like normal.
4. On the payment step, select “Rent-to-Own Application (No Payment Today)” as your payment method.
5. Complete checkout. Your card is not charged at this step—this simply sends us your order details and reserves your spot in line.
6. We’ll send you a link to complete your no-credit-check Rent-to-Own application through KLC Rentals. Once your application is approved, LynnLee Coops will collect your first month’s payment + delivery fee. After your coop has been delivered, your ongoing monthly Rent-to-Own payments are made directly to KLC Rentals.

Note: Your Rent-to-Own agreement is finalized once your KLC Rentals application is completed and approved and your first payment plus delivery have been collected. At that point, your coop officially moves into our build schedule and we’ll confirm your delivery timeline.

Tax exempt? Please add “Tax exempt – will provide documentation” in the order notes at checkout so our team can help make sure tax is handled correctly on your invoice and Rent-to-Own contract.

Who do I make payments to?

Your first month’s payment + delivery fee are paid to LynnLee Coops once your application is approved. After your coop has been delivered, all ongoing Rent-to-Own payments are made directly to KLC Rentals LLC.

What is the $8/mo LDW coverage?

KLC offers an $8/month LDW coverage (Loss Damage Waiver) that helps protect your coop if it’s damaged by qualifying events like fire, storms, or other natural disasters while you’re on a Rent-to-Own contract. If a covered loss happens, LDW may allow KLC to repair the building, replace it, or release you from the remaining payments, depending on the damage.

LDW does not cover negligence, certain excluded events, or any of the contents inside or around your coop. Coverage details, conditions, and exclusions are set by KLC Rentals. You can review the full LDW terms here .
