Refund policy

Because every LynnLee Coop is built-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each customer, all coop sales are final. This protects build quality, accurate scheduling, and custom production for each family.
Order Cancellations (Deposit / Order Payments)

Within 72 hours of placing your order (or paying a deposit), you may cancel for a full refund.

After 72 hours, your deposit becomes non-refundable, and orders are no longer eligible for full refunds because materials purchasing and scheduling are underway.

If a cancellation is approved after 72 hours, any refund issued will be reduced by a 20% resale/restock fee to cover materials, administrative time, and re-listing costs.
Delivery Day Issues (Damage During Transport)
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your coop arrives with damage caused during delivery or transport:

We will repair or replace the damaged component(s) at no additional cost.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Warranty
Your coop includes coverage for craftsmanship defects. Natural cedar characteristics—including variations in grain, knot patterns, color shifts, weathering, and aging—are expected and not considered defects.
