By purchasing from LynnLee Coops (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:
1) Orders & Production
All LynnLee Coops are built-to-order. Production timelines may vary based on workload, season, weather, and material availability. Any estimated completion or delivery date is an estimate and may adjust.
2) Payment
We accept:
- Debit or credit card
- Shop Pay Installments
- PayPal
- Rent-to-Own through KLC Rentals (subject to approval and a separate contract)
3) Delivery
We deliver using a rollback-style trailer that allows us to unload the coop directly off the back of the trailer and place it into position when access allows.
You agree to:
- Provide a level, prepared placement area
- Ensure the delivery path is accessible (no low trees, tight turns, steep slopes, soft ground, low-hanging lines, or other obstructions)
- Be present at delivery, or have an authorized adult present
If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or lack of access, a redelivery fee may apply.
4) Site Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Clear access for the trailer and unloading
- A safe, level placement area
- Adequate space for the coop footprint, including skid overhang (if applicable)
5) Wood Characteristics (Natural Cedar)
Cedar is a natural material. Variations in grain, knots, color, weathering, and checking are normal and not considered defects.
6) Warranty
We guarantee craftsmanship quality at delivery. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by weather, animals, misuse, movement after placement, or lack of routine maintenance.
7) Rent-to-Own (RTO)
Rent-to-Own is processed through KLC Rentals, a third-party provider. All financing terms, payment schedules, and early purchase options are determined by KLC Rentals. LynnLee Coops does not control RTO rates or contract terms.
