The Pioneer Raised Floor™ features a full-height walk-in run with an elevated coop above — giving your flock more usable run space than any other LynnLee model. It’s our most popular coop, known for offering the largest run area in a full-size layout while keeping daily care simple and accessible.

Designed to house up to 15 chickens when not free-ranging, the elevated coop includes a removable rubber mat and a half-height welded steel clean-out door — so you can sweep, scrape, and refresh bedding without crawling or bending into tight spaces.

Delivery & Placement

We deliver your coop fully assembled on a rollback-style trailer and place it in your yard as long as we have clear access.

Local delivery is always free.
Any current delivery promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery beyond the local area is automatically calculated at checkout based on mileage from our shop to your address.

We’ll confirm access, placement, and delivery details with you before your coop is scheduled.
